Routeburn Guided Walks3day/2night from $1050.00 Routeburn Guided Walks

The Routeburn Guided Walk is a three day/two night, all-inclusive, Queenstown to Queenstown alpine adventure, with quality lodges, hot showers and excellent meals. The track passes between the Fiordland National Park and Mt Aspiring National Parks, and was purposely designed to expose walkers to the grandest scenery of this corner of New Zealand. The Routeburn Track is noted for smaller (max 20 walkers), friendlier groups.

Accommodation is bunk style multi share bedooms sleeping 4-6, with pillows and duvets (doona) provided, therefore no sleeping bags are required. Lodges also have hot showers with soap, shampoo and conditioner and one sheet and towel is provided per person for use at the lodges.

Meals are three course dinners each evening, full cooked breakfasts and picnic lunches. New Zealand wines, beers and spirits are provided for purchase at each of the lodges. A celebratory dinner is included on the last night in Queenstown..

What to Bring Be practical with your choice of clothing - warm, preferably woollen clothing, including a wooly hat and gloves, thermal underwear and socks are essential regardless of the season - as is a pair of sturdy and comfortable walking footwear, preferably with ankle supports.

Routeburn operators will provide all food and bedding. Towels are provided in the lodges as is soap, shampoo and conditioner. For those who need them, they also supply backpacks and rain jackets. Everyone is given a sleep-sheet so there is no need to bring a seeping bag (some people prefer to bring their own silk sleep-sheet).
